Stolen car chased by police strikes another car and flips over near Destiny USA

Syracuse, N.Y. — A stolen car being chased by police struck another car and flipped onto its side Friday evening near an entrance to the Destiny USA mall.
Syracuse police said officers observed a stolen vehicle near the mall about 6:15 p.m. The car immediately fled, and the city officers did not pursue it, police said.
